Terms and conditions for quiz competition

Eligibility:

a. The quiz competition is open to all individuals who are pursuing any kind of undergraduate Law programme  and have not completed their LLB (for law students only who are in college/university) and Age should not be 25 years or above.

b. Participants must comply with the rules and regulations set forth in these terms and conditions.

Registration:

a. Participants must register online through the designated registration platform.

 b. All required information must be provided accurately during the registration process.

 c. Participants may register as individuals only, as specified in the competition guidelines.

Competition Format:

a. The quiz competition will be conducted in multiple rounds, including preliminary rounds and a final round.

b. The questions will cover various topics, as announced prior to the competition.

 c. The format of each round will be communicated to the participants in advance.

Conduct of the Competition:

 a. Participants must maintain a fair and respectful demeanor throughout the competition.

 b. Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or misconduct will result in immediate disqualification.

c. The decision of the quiz master or organizing committee regarding any dispute or discrepancy will be final and binding.

Intellectual Property:

 a. All questions, content, and materials used in the quiz competition are protected by intellectual property laws.

b. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any competition-related content without explicit permission from the organizing committee.

Prizes:

 a. The prizes for the quiz competition will be announced prior to the commencement of the competition.

 b. The winners will be selected based on their performance and adherence to the competition rules.

Liability:

a. The organizing committee and associated sponsors are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the participation in the quiz competition.

 b. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the competition.

Privacy:  The personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of the quiz competition and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Modifications and Cancellation:

 a. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify or cancel the quiz competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.

 b. In the event of cancellation, participants will be notified promptly, and any registration fees paid will be refunded.

Governing Law:   Any disputes arising from or in connection with the quiz competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.

By participating in the quiz competition, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

All the Participants will be provided an e-certificate of participation.
